Having the exact same problem so just tried that solution and it makes no difference whatsover !!!!
Shocking that a cheap piece of software is stopping me using my Brand new Direto XR, seriously thinking of getting a refund :-(

Same problem for me with Windows 10 !!!! Android ist OK...:cry: :cry: :cry:

I still can’t get MyETraining for Windows 10 to work. I deleted the old software, deleted the roaming file and loaded software v1.14.2 but it still crashes. Has anybody got v1.14.2 to work?
