Cannot export Fit or TCX files - app is crashing

Hi there,
I am a new owner of the Rampa trainer. I have done first rides and found this software promising, but with a lot of potential
Anyway the biggest issue I have is that I cannot export rides from history - every time I try (TCX or Fit) app is crashing. Is there a workaround? Is there a way how to access history on desktop from mobile app? When I start desktop app it is asking to do configuration - but I am not using PC version to control trainer...
