windows 10 update

With the last update of windows 10 pro (version 1909) My Etraining does not go past the login page and closes; they will solve the problem with an update of My Etraining
I have uninstalled My Etraining I thought that by installing it again it would work but I have not solved it, the same thing continues to happen.
