My E Training desktop realvideo

I am having an issue when starting a realvideo session after pressing the start play icon I get an error message saying " an error occurred while reproducing video " please could anyone assist

Anyhow more information needed from my point of view (i'm only an enthusiastic users)

device?
operative system?
updating?
etc...

The information asked by ymarti would be useful to understand better the situation.
Also, check if this error appears with all the videos or only with one particular video. Download our Tour of the Moon RealVideo (which is free) and tell us if you have the same issue or not.
