Avanti sensors

Hello,
does anyone have experience with Elite Avanti? In the myETraining application, the trainer pairs, but the power and cadence sensor does not. The update to version 36 took place. Now there is an option for version 37, but it never completes. The white LED flashes first, then blue and version 36 remains.
The trainer in Rouvy and in Garmin Edge 540 works normally, speed, watts, cadence, everything is fine.
I tried myETraining on a tablet, phone and also a PC. Installation, reinstallation did not help.
I opened a ticket, I received two emails, but they are completely about nothing, support from Elite is at a very poor level, as is the trainer update system.
I will be grateful for any idea and advice.
