Training Test - I am not getting the Heart Rate

I am unable to pair my heart rate belt Cardio TP3 with the myEtraining Elite APP. It does work with Elite HRV App and is referenced as one of the compatible belt for myEtraining App on Elite website. It is a smart bluetooth and ANT+ belt that also monitor the RR intervals. I am pairing the belt with my iPhone but Elite myEtraining app does't connect it. Thanks

If the belt is bluetooth smart, you should be able to connect to it.
Please follow this procedure:

- remove the battery from the belt
- restart your phone
- run my e-training app
- put again the battery on the belt and wear it
- do the pairing

If you still cannot connect to it, please contact the customer care at real@elite-it.com
