No connection after upgrade

Hi, I tried to upgrade Direto XRT from 78 to 80. Upgrade completed but after that I am not able to connect to trainer. All lights are flashing but I get info that there is not data transfer and I cannot connect trainer to my PC, watch, etc.

I would raise a support ticket with Elite support.
