Direto XR dont send data

Hi

I have a problem with my Direto XR. It connects but it don´t send any data. In Zwift it says connected but no watts are shown. Same in myETraning. It worked fine yesterday.

Anyone else experienced something like this?

I have got another problem with my brand new Direto XR.
My cadence is not received at my e training app.
On Zwift there is no problem with the cadence.
On Zwift everything works smooth.
My e training app on my ipad gives cadence problems.

Anyone else experienced this problem?
