DIRETO X CALIBRATION ON ROUVY

My new Direto X i start calibration on Rouvy... it says speed between 30-38, but after 10 minutes pedaling in that range, nothing appears... it's normal? maybe i have to disable Quarq power meter https://snaptube.cam/ 9apps?

I don't know how Rouvy calibration works...
You can try by increasing your speed to overcome that value (reach for example 40km/h).
If this won't work, contact Rouvy support

By the way, we always suggest to do the calibration using our my e-training app to be sure that it has worked properly (to do the calibration, is not necessary an active subscription)
