Hi All,
I need some help, my Direto has a knocking noise which feels like its internal. It seems to be related to lateral load (i.e. when pedalling hard and applying sideways pressure)
Even worse, if I push it hard and the knocking gets loud, it stops transmitting power to my app (zwift). once I slow down, it reconnects.
I can see a few other posts about knocking sounds from Direto's, has anyone had any help with this?
