Cadence Sensor Retailer

Could you tell me of any retailers that sell the Elite Cadence Sensor Kit?
I want to buy it but the Elite shop is very expensive shipping to Australia (shipping is 3x the price of the product). This makes it very expensive to add left/right analysis which I expected to be standard.... The sensor is a good price but the shipping is expensive.
OR, is there anyway we can use another generic cadence sensor to get the left/right power in the Elite app..... left/right power is about the only reason to pay the 12 month app subscription which I think more people would buy if they got left/right power benefit.
