DIRETO power and cadence drop out

My direto has been working fine for a year but now the power meter and cadence seem to be connecting but not working. When I try to calibrate on the app it doesn't register pedalling.

Same for me, Direto XR, the trainer is connected but no data are registered from any application, zwift, Garmin or myetraining

Please help us. Is ther a way to reset the trainer ?
