1st gen Direto been working great for 2 years. Now, horrible noises when I pedal and power readings all over the place, this started to happen after belt tightening and calibration. belt is in perfect condition and black roller is fine. There is however a lot of play in the axle that runs the flywheel and red fan. Fan and flywheel move independently a little bit. Any ideas?!! Stuck in isolation with no trainer aaaahhhhrrrrrr......... idle clicker games

Add your trainer serial number and the receipt of purchase. Add also a little video in which we can hear the noise and one in which we can see the play between the fan and flywheel. If the video files are too big, upload them using a file sharing site like www.wetransfer.com and send us the link to download them
