No connection

Hi, I've just bought a Direto.
- I've assembled it. Mounted the cassette, All the mechanics are good
- I've powered it on. All LEDs are lit. Power LED on solid. Bluetooth LED flashing ~ 1hz, ANT+ LED flashing ~1HZ
I've tried using the myEtraining app on my iPhone 12 to connect and configure the Direto.
- I have bluetooth on and working on my phone.
- I start the myEtraiing app, select configure trainer and select Direto as the trainer type (using the QR code)
- it then says start pedalling. After 30 minutes of pedalling nothing happens.
What should happen? Is there some sort of user guide that should tell me that to do?
