My new Direto X i start calibration on Rouvy... it says speed between 30-38, but after 10 minutes pedaling in that range, nothing appears... it's normal? maybe i have to disable Quarq power meter? https://100001.onl/ https://1921681254.mx/

I don't know exactly how rouvy calibration works.
I suggest you to do the calibration of the trainer using my e-training app (an active subscription is not necessary to do it).
As the calibration is "written" on the trainer, it will then work also when you're using different applications
