Here's a video of a squeak I have on start up.

Can this be resolved or will the trainer need to go back to Elite?

Hi

It's necessary to add some grease to the motor screw.
Follow these instructions:
- run my e-training app (smartphone or tablet)
- select level mode
- set the level to 16 to free the motor screw
- clean the motor screw using some paper tissue
- add some vaseline grease on the screw using a little brush
- move the level from 16 to 1 few times to spread the grease all over the screw

This should solve the problem

Just to clarify for anyone else that has this issue: I only had to take the plastic panel on the non drive side of the trainer that was held together by 4 screws.
