Hello Elite community and all users. I have an important question for me.

When I set the level from 13 to 16, my Elite Direto XR works with the sound like in the attached video. This is a new trainer.
Is this sound of the trainer normal?

Generally speaking, if there's a noise that you are not sure to be normal, the best thing to do is to raise a ticket to our support:

The trainer works louder when working with a heavier load than a trainer with a roller, and I wanted the trainer to be quiet.
