Drivo not visible via ANT+ dongle after windows 11 update

Hi,
I had updated Windows 11 last weekend and completed a zwift session early this week. Yesterday I tried to enter ZWIFT but the trainer is not visible and an error appears on the ANT+ dongle icon. It appears that windoes do not recognize dongle any longer. When usb was interchanged, no improvement. Has any body experienced the same? Is it likely that ANT+ dongle is obsolete? No solution via windoes seems to be available.

Hi

Did you try to reinstall the driver?

Regards

I did remove the sensor and re-installed. The icon was green again (meaning working properly) but still no signal received by ZWIFT. I switched trainer to bluetooth and working OK. I borrowed a spare ANT+ from friend to check again this evening...

I exchanged sensor with another, and the issue remains. In the events log, it is reported that the driver was not migrated from Windows 10 configuration, due to unknown safety. So it quite obvious that this is a windows miss, with unknown soulution time... Meanwhile all applications without a bluetooth functionality are useless....

Eventually I managed to fix the bug! The drivers were sitting in the "non-essential windows updates" !!!!!!!!!! Had just to install them all! WTF!!!! So, next time your Windows arrive or happen just check in the Windows Updates for non-essential ones and install!
