No brake on Drvo, no blue light.

Hi
My Drivo stopped working.
I use real videos. Everything is working fine, except the brake is not engaging. No blue light. The puls and ant seems ok.
Is this hardware problem+ It happens that the break fails?

After years with Tacx problems this is not what I hoped for. I asked the shop for the best roller without problems.And after a few months it failed.

Are you using our my e-training app? Can you specify the complete setting (device, app version etc.)?
The trainer doesn't brake in every kind of trainings or only during the videos?
If you use the Real software instead of the app, does the trainer work properly?

Hello

Still not getting the brakes to work. It worked before on videos on pc.

Called the distributor in Norway. Advised me to check if it was disturbance from the internet router. I turned the router off, still dont work.

He told me they only had one issue where they had to change the circuit board. Could that be it?
