Qubo Digital B+ BLE Cadence sensor not working

Hi,

I have the Novo Smart trainer, with the Qubo Digital B+ system on board.

I can pair my external Bluetooth speed & cadence sensor, however, when cycling the MyTraining app does not record cadence and it shows as 0.

This is the sensor used

I would like to use the separate sensor for better accuracy of cadence.
