Turbo Muin Smart B+ Set Up Issues

I have been using my new (bought from Halfords) Turbo Muin Smart B+ Trainer with Trainer Road and have been having a lot of issues.

The maximum wattage I can get is 110, and this is almost killing me to do so! (last wattbike session I had last year I remember my warmup being around 200 watts)

Even on the lightest gear I am barely keeping above a 80 rpm, which is completely inappropriate for training.

Even though I have entered my wheel circumference into the app it still isnt reading my distance on my Garmin 935 or on Trainer Road.

The trainer works properly with my e-training app?
Please check also if the Misuro has been set with the correct number of flashes.
