One free month for Zwift

Good Afternoon,

I registered my recently bought elite suito on myetrainning app with the qr code successfully. However, when I try to redeem the coupon with the S/N it fails. Why is that happening? I never received an email with the codes for the apps...

try 0 (zero) or big O
