i have tried with different option setting up my sensor (cadence) on Garmin Fenix 3 when parring with RAMPA. Unfortunately non of them produced realistic speed or distance in the end. My type is 700x23C.

Can you please help me set correct wheel size, so it shows correct values?

You have to use the roller diameter as circumference value (62mm).
Not all the devices allow to insert a so low value, though. Check the user manual of your device
