Hi,

I have installed my Turbo Muin Smart B+ however I still have issues connecting it.

The first issue is that it is connected on my watch: Ant+ Sensor and Power is calibrated. However when I start it shows me a speed of over 300 km/h. I have spend a lot of time looking for the solution but I am really desperate so your help would be much appreciated!

Second question is that with my purchase I received a code for 12-months free App. However this code is not valid. Where should I request a new one?

About speed, remember that when you use a non Elite device or app, you have to set a circumference equal to your circumference divided by 13.2.
Put this value and all should work properly.

About the coupon code, please contact the customer care at real@elite-it.com specifying the email account you use in the app and adding a photo of the coupon
