Turno ant+ bluetooth hangs device

Hello the connection is able everything works but for 10 minutes then it stops. No data is transmitted because the bluetooth of android is off and i cant turn it on untill power iff the device. Other bluetooth tbings as JBL work ok. What is the problem? The battery is new ant the turno is the first time i tried also new one
