Qubo Power Smart B+ - Not Working / Working Intermitently

Since yesterday I have a problem with my Elite Qubo Power Smart B+. Although I am able to pair the trainer with the application (MyWoosh, Rouvy) through bluetooth, when I start pedaling the signal sent from the trainer to the computer is not consistent: It is hard to start and when started it stops inconsistently, making the training session a nightmare. 80% of the time I am stopped at the screen... and the power reflects 0W even when I am sprinting. I have changed the battery of the trainer and the problem remains. Anybody knows the reason why this is happening?
