Volano creaking sound

Hello. I have a new Volano i bought 10 days ago. It has a slight creaking sound when pedalling. Could it be related to the belt tension screw? Thank you

Hi

It's quite hard to understand the possible cause without hearing the noise.
Contact the customer care at myetraining@elite-it.com and add a link to a video in which it's possible to hear it
