Suito Freehub play

Just got my Suito last week, shimano 11 gear 105 hub fitted , Got it working OK but noticed bit noisy in low gears , Cassette is tight on the freehub but the freehub moves 2-3 mm on the drive shaft , taking the cassette with it , so getting smooth gear changes is impossible , should there be this much play ,if not ,can it tightened or is it defective?

Check again the mounting.
If the problem persists, contact our customer care (possibly, linking a video in which the noise is audible)
