My trainer app is nothing but ZEROs!!

I have a Quobo Power Fluid Smart B+ that I got for Christmas. It worked fine initially. I connected it to the Android app using ANT+. But for some reason, it now will do nothing!!! No matter how many times I reset. How many times I configure, I get nothing! No cadence. No power. NOTHING!! It finds the sensor when I try and connect. It just won't work when I try and do a workout.

Did you check the battery level?
If the battery is full, please contact the customer care at real@elite-it.com

If you don't have a multimeter/tester, you can simply replace the battery with a new one and check if it starts working again.
