Reset bluetooth information.

I bought Suito Elite from 2nd hand market.
When I tried to connect Suito Elite thru bluetooth by LG mobile phone, connection was rejected.

I think Suito Elite keeps former owner's mobile phone bluetooth information.
Do you know how to remove former owner's mobile phone bluetooth information ?

I don't know if there's a sort of device lock, I use my Suito with 3 different devices, 2 phone and a laptop, connected in ant or bluetooth.

But I used the same account, never tried with a different account
