Suito-T - Zwift Elite FE-C controllable doesn't work

Hi,

When I use Zwift with an ANT dongle, in the pairing screen I see the ELITE FE-C controllable device and I can select it.
However, it doesn't react to ERG changes at all.
The only way that I found to activate ERG is to select the SUITO BT device as the power source, then the SUITO BT device as the controllable trainer and only then I'm able to change the power source to my power meter and the ERG is working well.
The ANT FE-C device does not react to changes in power requirement.

Plus, when the SUITO BT power source device is selected, the blue LED stops blinking (as expected).
When the ELITE FE-C controllable device is selected, the green LED continues to blink (I assume that it means that Zwift didn't really connect or that the trainer refused the connection or whatever)

Is this a problem with Zwift or with the trainer itself?

Thanks,
David.

No. Zwift (meaning my laptop) is the only device connected

Please run my e-training to do this test.
Select level mode and pedal at constant speed, increase gradually the level and check if you feel the resistance change
If not, there may be a problem on the electronic circuit board and you have to contact the support:

myETraining is connected to the trainer via BT (which as I said, is the only way for the controllable feature to work in Zwift). Should I remove the trainer from myETraining and as it via ANT? And then do the level test?
