[Suito T] cannot calibrate

I have a new Suito T since this week (did not have a trainer before); I installed the myTraining software, mounted my bike, and doing a standard training works perfectly, but I cannot start the calibration.
I see this in the software (bike is connected)
When I click the cog nothing happens. Also, when I click Trainer Diagnostics this fails after a few minutes.
Sometimes when I go to this page a few options more appear and almost immediatly dissapear and I'm not able to click any or make a screenshot of that.
