Belt Tesnion

My belt was slipping and i had to undo the tensioner to sit it back on correctly , but i didn't make a Note of the original tension setting before i did this.
how tight does the belt need to be

i have put it all back together now, and i have tension pretty tight now and it seems harder to pedal than normal, i have run the calibration spin down and get around 19600 millisecs,

so i loosend the tensioner a bit more, and that seems normal pedaling again, the spindown is 22000 now

so how tight does belt need to
