Direto clicking noise

Hi all ,

My direto trainer is 2 years old. Never had a problem with it. I used it a day ago and was perfect, now all of a sudden it’s making a clicking noise every revolution at the same point. Then goes so tight I can’t even turn the pedals at all! Could literally stand on them ! Can someone help me please!! what could be the problem???

I’m having kind of the same problem; on a rampa trainer…
Used it last weekend, everything was fine, yesterday it made a loud intolerable clicking noise every revolution… but it didn’t lock up like yours… really weird problem that appeared without using the trainer?

If resistance is always low or always high, it may be a problem on the electronic circuit board.
In this case, contact our support.

About clicking noise, it may be related to the same issue or it may be a different problem.
Also in this case, it's necessary to contact the support (add a video with the noise)
