NOTHING WORKS!!

Have a paid subscription but I can't make anything work anymore. The system sees me but can't see my trainer or sensors. All my previously downloaded courses are gone. You can't get any HELP from anybody with this company. I paid good money for this subscription and now it won't do ANYTHING.
