Resitance not changing

Hi,

A few weeks ao I had the issue that my Direto XR-T resistance got only higher and higher until I could ride anymore. I have cleaned the trainer according a video that Elite support sent me.

Since today the trainer is not changing resistance at all. I did a ride on Rouvy of around 30 Km and 200 altitude meters. However I could keep on riding in the second highest gear, uphill and downhill did not make any difference.

Anyone an idea what the problem could be?

Found out it was a Rouvy issue. Latest Rouvy update solved it.
