I get to see simillar question poping up here and there. I think it could be added to some FAQ.
Last week my phone stopped receiving signal from the trainer. I have tried to use the other phone, and nothing happend.
I thought, the problem might be the battery in Misuro B+ sensor. Eventually, I have done some 1000km. Changed the battery, configured Misuro with 12 blinks (S/N over 30000). Still nothing. Either by trying with My Etraining, or directly pairing bluetooth devices.
What can be done? I miss digits while riding

I see you're already in contact with the customer care to solve the issue (it seems a configuration issue).

I had the same problem and they said the annual subscription expired. Is gag correct?
