Elite Qubo Digital Smart B+ Configuration and usage issues

Hi

I purchased the above trainer and setup my account

I am using a Garmin Heartrate monitor and Cadence Sensor

I have downloaded the following Apps to my Tablet as instructed as it has not USB Port:

ANT RADIO SERVICE
ANT USB SERVICE
ANT+ PLUG INS SERVICE

I began configuration and selected sensor type ANT FEC

I was then asked to start pedalling (Update in Progress) system then asks me for ANT USB Stick, this is the same for both the above sensors

When attempting both FTP or TrainingTest error messa he states "No incoming data check USB Dongle"

I would appreciate advice as I appear to be missing something
