Elite Direto X problem with erg

I have problem with my elite direo x. I bought trainer one week ago. I noticed that erg not work. I made calibration offset was 6414 the same like on the trainer. I tried to make training on my e training, perf pro, zwift and rouvy and everywhere is the same problem. The trainer don't keep load watts in workouts.
