I used a translator. I have such a problem that only the central diode bluthooth is lit, I will run the tenezer once, I drove over and set it aside. Later I wanted to ride again and something like this happens.

If only the blue led is on, the problem may be:
- on the power supply (that may not supply the correct current and voltage level)
- on the electronic board, that is not working properly

If you can, check the output of the power supply.
In any case, contact the customer care for a replacement of the power supply or the board
