Burnt clutch smell, and too high resistance on Zumo

First of all, why is there not an own forum section for the Zumo when there is one for basically every other elite trainer? Have elite already stopped supporting Zumo owners?

Second. I bought a new Zumo. when I pedal, the resistance is way too high, impossible to pedal for more than a couple seconds. Power levels are also very low. When I test it on Zwift, my avatar is barely moving no mater how hard I pedal. There is also a burnt clutch smell coming from the trainer when I pedal hard. I have tried doing a spin down calibration from the app. But it asks me to increase speed, which is impossible to do for more than a couple seconds, because the resistance is too high.

Any help?
