Damaged flywheel

Postby davmccal » Fri Jul 10, 2020 12:19 pm

Hi all
I’m new to the forum and need some advice. My son managed to fall of my Suito with his bike. Not sure how he did this as I was as in work, but the result was a damaged flywheel and it now wobbles when pedalling (not much but enough to move the bike when fixed to Suito) and an annoying loud clicking sound.
My query is can this be fixed with a replacement flywheel or has he managed to brake it beyond repair.
Thanks in advance for your advice
Dave.

Hi Dave

If the bike is properly mounted, it's almost impossible to fall. Probably it was not well hooked.
Anyway, contact the customer care at myetraining@elite-it.com and explain the situation. Send also a video in which the guys there can hear the noise and some photos of the damaged parts

Regards
