Chainring noise its normal or issue

Hello,

I have a Direto X.
I'd like to know if it's normal for the roller to make more noise when I go with the large chainring even though the working power is the same as when I go with the small one.

Hi

Are you sure that the higher noise is due to the trainer and not to the cassette/chain?
If the noise is particularly annoying, contact the customer care at myetraining@elite-it.com adding a little video in which the guys can hear it
