Direto is Sliding when I apply force

all of a sudden my Direto is sliding when I aplly force on the pedal.
I iighetn the rear cassette but wih no helo.
any ideas?

Hi

Do a 10 minutes training and then run calibration (in my e-training).
If the offset has decreased of more than 5 points compared to the original one, it may be necessary to tighten the belt.
In this case, contact the customer care at myetraining@elite-it.com and explain the situation, they'll give you instructions on what to do
