Direto - Bluetooth Connection But Zero Power Indicated

HI all, Had my Direto for about 2 months now and being using it with no issues on Zwift then suddenly today it stopped working. Direto appears to be connecting using bluetooth to laptop and Zwift but despite pedalling is recording zero power and cadence (as per screenshot below). Also tried to complete an FTP using MyTraining App, again using Bluetooth, but same issue, I'm pedalling but no power or cadence being recorded

Anybody got any ideas ???

The configuration seems ok. Also, if the problem appears also in my e-training, there may be an electronic issue.

Thanks for coming back to me so quickly. OK, suspected that might be the case. Tried testing it again this morning and same issue, both with Zwift and My E-Training app, as you suggest I'll speak directly to the support team. Many thanks :)

Hi,
I've the smart Qubo digital B+ and have same problem. When I connect with bluetooth or ant+, the equipment don´t change different levels accord climbing. What should I do?

@gusttoturela,

the problem may be on the stepping motor (that may be simply stuck) or on the electronic board.
Please contact the customer care, the guys there will ask you a couple of tests to understand the cause of the issue and give you instructions on what to do to solve it.
