Drivo fault.. possibly faulty switch?

Hi guys has anyone seen this fault before.. the switch sometimes doesn’t connect and so gets pushed out the way and brass fitting falls off the lead screw , which I think controls the resistance.
Just guessing with all this I haven’t got clue!
I’ll post a video up

Please contact the customer care at myetraining@elite-it.com, the guys there will give you instructions to solve the problem
