Ticket creation service is not working

I am trying to create a ticket through the support page but s only getting an error messages:
Ticketing service seems to be unavailable at the moment. We apologize for the inconvenience

Is there a support e-mail address or customer service contact to use ?

Ah just realized this is only an issue if attaching files to the ticket

Creating ticket with-out attachments works fine
