Qubo hydromag serial number

Hi can anyone help trying to find my serial number but no joy
I have a parts sheet that says Qubo Hydromag with a sticker on it saying 0121012 could that be it,if not where do I look.

Hi

Qubo Hydromag hasn't got a serial number.
There is a sticker with the date of production, but nothing more.
May I ask you why you need it?
