Elite Direto cant connect to mobile

Hi

Having connection issues. Starting Myetraining app on my Iphone and follow the steps. When it comes to start pedaling it just stucks there. I have tried to restart both trainer and app but it just stucks there anyway.

The led lights on the trainer. Its only the bluetooth icon that are blue and when I start to pedal it all turns black and stays black seems like the trainer shut down. Should it be like that?
