Zumo Trainer.

Postby klpettengell » Mon Apr 06, 2020 3:27 pm

I picked up a Zumo trainer last week and there appears to be no resistance from the trainer. Going up hills on Zwift is far to easy and I am putting out power the same as a pro? All updated and on latest software? Any help please?

Hi guys

The lack of resistance can be due to a trainer malfunctioning but also a wrong configuration.
So, the first thing to check is this:
- run my e-training (free version is ok)
- configurate the trainer
- select level mode
- pedal on the trainer and increase resistance

If the trainer doesn't brake on my e-training as well, the problem may be on the electronic board or on the motor.
Contact the customer care for further analysis (myetraining@elite-it.com).

If the trainer brakes properly in my e-training, the problem may be the configuration.
Check to have select the proper option on controllable trainer and power source (if you are using ant+, check to have selected the option with the "fe-c" word on it)

You have to select it as both power source and controllable in zwift.
